Delivery for orders over 40 EUR is free, within Croatia.

Delivery for orders up 40 EUR, within Croatia, is charged 5 EUR.

Delivery outside the Croatia is charged, regardless of the amount of the order, in accordance with the price list of the courier service, and is calculated during payment, after selecting the destination country and depends on the final destination and the weight of the package.

If you pay by cash on delivery (possible only for delivery to Croatia and Slovenia), we prepare the package immediately and hand it over to the courier service the next working day.

If you pay by card via WSPay, after checking the warehouse status and authorizing your payment, we prepare the package and hand it over to the courier service the next working day.

If you pay by direct payment via proforma invoice, we issue the proforma invoice on the same day or the first following working day, and after your payment we prepare the package and hand it over to the courier service on the first following working day. All delivery deadlines are calculated from the day of delivery of the package to the courier service.

Delivery is made via DPD and Overseas courier service. Delivery time is 2-4 working days within the Croatia, and outside of Croatia depending on the final destination. The delivery time may possibly be longer if it’s to islands where the traffic connection does not allow faster delivery or in exceptional situations that neither we as Merchants  neither courier service can not influence. Also feel free to contact us if you have additional questions about delivery, or delivery is not possible in your country, so we can try to organize an alternative solution.

When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to inspect the package to exclude any visible damage to the package. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may also be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately.
