Refunds and Complaints

If you have any doubts about the appropriate size or model, feel free to contact us via email sanjindoo@gmail.hr and we will get back to you as soon as possible and advise you on the appropriate equipment for your needs.

If, however, there is a situation that the purchased product is of the wrong size, ie. that it is unsuitable, it is possible to make a replacement for the same product of another size or for another product. In this case, you bear the cost of returning the product yourself. If there is a need to replace the product, please contact us immediately after attaching the product so that we can resolve the replacement in a timely manner. The product to be changed must be unworn and without traces of use.

The Buyer has the right to return the goods in the following cases:

  • delivery of goods not ordered
  • delivery of goods that have a defect or damage

In the event of a justified complaint, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract with a refund or replacement for a correct, undamaged and valid product. Sanjin d.o.o accepts the return of damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods at its own expense when it is determined that the buyer’s complaint is justified and that the buyer himself did not affect the correctness, damage or any defect of the goods.

The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during transport and delivery. In the event that the shipment is damaged in transit, such damage will be seen when picking up the shipment, in which case we advise you not to pick up the shipment. Contact us as soon as possible so that we can check the condition of the shipment with the courier and possibly send a new one.

Upon receipt of the goods, check the correctness of the order, if something is missing or sent incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible to eliminate any errors as soon as possible.

In case you are dissatisfied with the purchased products for some reason, you can send a complaint to the email address:, sanjindoo@gmail.hr or in writing to the address: Braće Branchetta 35, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia. We will confirm the receipt of your complaint in writing without delay, and we will respond to it within 15 days, for which reason it is necessary to state at least your name, surname and address in the written complaint.

Unilateral termination of the contract

In accordance with Title III. Of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22) which regulates distance contracts, consumers have the right to unilaterally terminate a distance contract within 14 days, without stating the reasons for termination. The period of 14 days starts from the day of receipt of the goods that are the subject of the contract. In order to be able to terminate this Agreement unilaterally, you must notify us of your decision to terminate the Agreement unilaterally before the deadline by an unequivocal statement sent by mail or e-mail, stating your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address. You can also use the attached example of the form for unilateral termination of the contract in, which you can fill in electronically and send to us by email: sanjindoo@gmail.hr. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by e-mail without delay.

If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you. We will refund without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day the goods are returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you have sent the goods back to us. The refund will be made in the same way as you made the payment. If you have chosen cash on delivery, we will refund the money to the IBAN you provide to us.

It is considered that you have fulfilled your obligation on time if you send or hand over the goods to us, ie to the person we authorized to receive the goods, before the expiration of the specified deadline. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods yourself. You are responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Dispute resolution

In case of a dispute, our priority is to resolve it peacefully, by mutual consent and to the satisfaction of both parties. Regulation (EU) no. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the online settlement of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) no. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC (Regulation on the online settlement of consumer disputes) enable the settlement of consumer disputes through a platform which can be accessed here. The European online dispute resolution platform is provided by the European Commission to provide access to quality dispute resolution and thus ensure safer and fairer online shopping. You can use the platform in all official languages of the EU, Icelandic and Norwegian.
