Delivery within Croatia for orders up to 50.00 EUR is charged 5 EUR.
Delivery within Croatia is free for orders over 50.00 EUR.
Delivery outside Croatia is charged, regardless of the order amount, in accordance with the courier’s price list. The shipping cost is calculated during checkout after selecting the destination country, and it depends on the final destination and the weight of the package.
Exception: Delivery to Slovenia is free for orders over 250 EUR.
If you choose cash on delivery (available only for deliveries to Croatia and Slovenia), we prepare your package without delay and hand it over to the courier the next working day (for orders placed before 12:00) or the day after (for orders placed after 12:00).
If you pay by card via WSPay or Google Pay, after checking stock availability and payment authorisation, we prepare your package and hand it over to the courier the next working day (for orders placed before 12:00) or the day after (for orders placed after 12:00).
In exceptional cases of increased numbers of orders, the processing time of preparation of orders for shipping might be slightly longer.
All delivery deadlines are calculated from the day of delivery of the package to the courier service.
Delivery is made via DPD courier service. Delivery time is 1-3 working days within the Croatia, and outside of Croatia depending on the final destination. The delivery time may possibly be longer if it’s to islands where the traffic connection does not allow faster delivery or in exceptional situations that neither we as Merchants neither courier service can influence. Also feel free to contact us if you have additional questions about delivery, or delivery is not possible in your country, so we can try to organise an alternative solution.
When receiving the shipment, you should inspect the package to check for any visible damage or missing items. If you notice that the shipping box is significantly damaged or suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately. Also, please inform us right away if you have received the wrong size, color, or model by mistake so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
