Payment methods

All the prices are in EUR and include VAT. All the payments are made in EUR.

Available payment methods are:

  • payment on delivery (only within the Croatia and Slovenia)
  • debit or credit cards via WSPay online payment system (Diners, Master, Maestro, Visa, Google Pay)
  • Direct bank transfer

If you opt for payment on delivery payment is done to the courier in cash or depending on their payment options it might be possible to pay with card as well.

If you pay by card or Google Pay, it is important to note that the total price of the ordered goods will be reserved on the Buyer’s account and charged only after the order is confirmed by the Merchant.

If you choose to pay by direct bank transfer, we will send you a pro forma invoice as soon as possible. After completing the payment, please send us the payment confirmation so that we can ship your package as quickly as possible.

WSPay is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment, with credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides the Customer and Merchant with secure registration and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses SSL certification for 256-bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transmission.

As an executor of authorization and payment of credit cards, WSPay handles personal data as a processor and handles personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679 and the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on registration protection and data transmission.

Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and collection, in the performance of obligations under the Agreement, are considered confidential data.

The following personal data of the Buyer are required for the execution of the Agreement (authorization and payment):

  • Name and surname
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number
  • Address
  • City
  • Zip Code
  • State
  • Card type
  • Card number
  • Card expiration date
  • CVV card code

WSPay does not process or use this personal data except for the purpose of executing the authorization and payment.

WSPay guarantees the fulfilment of all conditions set by the applicable regulations on personal data protection for personal data processors, and in particular the taking of all necessary technical, organisational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate. 

Product availability

We try to update the stock status immediately with the product status in the Online Store, but in exceptional cases it is possible that the product you ordered is sold out. If this happens, we will contact you without delay.
